      Bree DeLano, also known as DJ88, has been DJing for 16 years, her residences have included some of the biggest hotels & nightclubs that decorate the Las Vegas Strip and her event client list is a who's who of fashion, technology, hospitality and the entertainment world. Sought-after for her exquisite tailor-made playlists, DeLano has also become a musical muse for fashion houses to high end restaurants and hotels.

       

      Her business and creative acumen have paved the way for a multidimensional career spanning far beyond the DJ booth including event curation and production. She began her professional path in music and events in 1992 as a player in the music scene in Los Angeles working her way up the proverbial ladder from promoter and event curator, to freelance writer, to directorial positions in the recording industry, to artist development and management. DeLano became known for her ear for new talent, music curation, and an eye for creative direction, marketing, and branding.

       

      Bree's love of music and true connection with DJs and nightlife culture led her to pursue a career as a DJ in 2003 and tap into the artist within her. In 2006 she moved to Las Vegas to build a reputable DJ brand as the first female taste-maker DJ with major nightlife residencies, various accolades, and a diverse demographic of high end event clientele. Her success is attributed to being able to switch lanes between intimate bars, major nightclubs, and high end events via her arsenal of music, work ethic, and 20+ years in the music industry. She built her brand on being known for her ear for emerging artists, taking risks, and infusing the epitome of cool into her live DJ sets while still giving the masses what they need, leading a new navigational direction for female DJs.

       

      That journey led her to the opportunity to become one of the only female music directors in Las Vegas at the revered downtown music venue, Insert Coin(s) where she had the creative freedom to build out branded events and program the music she loved constantly introducing new genres and artists to the cities true music lovers. DeLano is a respected ambassador of the Las Vegas music scene, responsible for expanding it's allure far beyond lazers and bottle service. As music director and brand manager for Insert Coin(s), she created a fresh new downtown music scene in an intimate venue bringing various genres of music to the forefront in a city that was primarily known for EDM and major nightclubs. Expanding her brand, DeLano also became a re-occuring on camera Music Correspondent for MORE Access, Las Vegas' version of EXTRA. After four years at Insert Coin(s), DeLano launched her own live music series in which she produced, hosted, and DJ'd called "Pop-UP LIVE" which was named "Best New Party" as well as "Best Concert of 2016" for Anderson.Paak's first Las Vegas performance.

       

      DeLano has opened for Imagine Dragons, Gwen Stefani, Snoop Dogg, The Roots, De La Soul, The Foreign Exchange, Hiatus Kaiyote, Damian Marley, and Sean Paul, to name a few. Her accolades include; "Best Resident DJ", "Best Variety Venue" for her role as Music Director at Insert Coin(s), and a "Power Player" in Vegas nightlife.

       

      Aside being known as a DJ & Music Director, DeLano is a published writer, accomplished painter, culinary fanatic, HGTV addict, and animal advocate. She is respected not only for her career, but also for her philanthropic work for animal rescue/adoption awareness. As a personal passion, she has raised more than $80,000 for various animal-rescue organizations. In 2017 DeLano relocated back to her hometown of Los Angeles to further expand business and creative acumen, although she will always call Las Vegas her second home and continues to work in both cities. DeLano is not JUST a DJ, she is a creative force.

      Aside a successful DJ career, DeLano is a music curator and was one of the first female entertainment directors in Las Vegas. She has curated soundtracks for fashion houses, restaurants and hotels for the last 17 years. Her insatiable passion for music and need to constantly challenge herself led DeLano to take an entertainment and creative director position in 2012 at a venue in downtown Las Vegas named Insert Coin(s). Insert Coin(s) was video game centric venue, the first of it's kind for Las Vegas, in which DeLano incorporated a DJ driven and live music element earning her various accolades for her music programing, custom built resident DJ team, and artist bookings. From icons to emerging artists including Anderson.Paak, Anna Lunoe, Brand Nubian, De La Soul, Hiatus Kiayote, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Just Blaze, Lefto, Mick Boogie, Nick Catchdubs, Pete Rock, Rich Medina, and The Foreign Exchange., DeLano's vision to bring a diverse line up of artists and DJs to Vegas donned Insert Coin(s) one of the best music venues in the city. In 2015 she launched "Pop-Up The Series" a pop-up party and intimate full scale live music series with a rotating cast of DJs, artists, and musicians earning the series a "Best New Party" of 2016 award by The Las Vegas Weekly and "Best Concerts of 2016" for POP-UP LIVE which featured Anderson.Paak's first Las Vegas performance.

Because of this love for various genres of music I have been fortunate enough to build a career that has been one hell of a ride. Whether it be Classic Hip Hop, Indie Rock, Top 40, Future Soul and almost everywhere in-between there's something for everyone in this collection.
